These Terms apply when you install or use Vault on iOS devices. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Responsible Use

• You must meet the legal age requirements in your region.
• You are responsible for lawful use of photos and content you upload.
• You should only upload content you own or are authorized to use.

2. Permitted Use

• Personal hairstyle preview and generation scenarios.
• Saving or sharing generated results in compliance with law and platform policy.
• Using in-app purchases according to Apple billing rules.

3. Prohibited Behavior

• No reverse engineering, automated abuse, fraud, or policy evasion.
• No use of the service to create illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• No unauthorized commercial resale of service outputs or app assets.

4. Privacy Commitments

We maintain strict privacy commitments, including no facial data collection, no biometric face template storage, and no personal profile data sale.

5. Intellectual Property

App code, branding, and related service assets belong to their lawful owners. User-uploaded content rights remain with the user, subject to necessary app-processing permissions.

6. Service Availability and Liability

The service may change, pause, or update over time. To the extent allowed by law, service is provided on an “as available” basis.

7. Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated for policy violations or abuse. You may stop using the app at any time.
